Reiki is a holistic healing modality used to restore balance and harmony to the mind and body. This healing energy is intuitive and can assist with a number of things including clearing energetic blocks, cleansing the aura, releasing the pain of past traumas, chakra balancing, and bringing the recipient back to a state of spiritual well being. During the Sound Healing, Ari will move through the space and channel this universal life force energy to each person through hands on or distance healing.

As Ariana provides Reiki to each individual, Christian will hold space with a healing sound bath. Sound healing can reduce stress, calm and clear the mind, and deeply massage the body with vibration. Soothing sounds will carry you away on a journey within, kindling creativity, emotional awareness, and relaxation. Feel the sound pulsating inside the body as vibration massages tissues at the cellular level, calming the nervous system and ushering in deeper levels of consciousness. Reset the brain using special frequencies that induce meditation without needing to focus or train the mind.
