// To close the evening, we’ll get comfortable and return to our mats while relaxing to the tune of soothing sounds from sound healing instruments like singing bowls, drums, chimes and more. Delve into mindfulness practices, journaling and a meditative sound bath to access the deepest parts of your psyche and resurface with insights to guide your intentions for the year ahead.

The event will begin with a guided meditation and journal prompt to begin the process of self inquiry around your intentions. You will then journey through soothing yet provocative sounds to drop into deeper states of consciousness and spark connections to your intuition and innate wisdom. At the end, time will be taken to continue your reflective writing with insights from the sound bath, followed by a ritual to seal your intentions and commit to their realization.

Experience a Sound Bath in a working artist’s studio surrounded by beautiful paintings and murals. The artist Gabrielle B. McLean creates large-scale fine art and custom commissions in a variety of mediums. This vibrant eclectic space also hosts a reptile/amphibian rescue which you may observe before or after the sound bath.
