Teaching Style

Christian guides participants into deeper dimensions of themselves using a combination of soothing and powerful sounds from a variety of of instruments—including gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, buffalo drum, ocean drum, chimes, and vocalization. He holds space for inner journeying with compassion, inclusion, and trauma awareness, while supporting gentle transitions into and out of altered states of consciousness. He leads sound baths, workshops, lectures, trainings and ceremonies in Orange County, San Diego and Los Angeles counties.

Sound–which has vibratory effects on cells and organs, emotional effects on the brain, and which taps the spiritual dimension as yet unidentified–is the next frontier in holistic healing.
