A Day of Y.E.S. is an invitation to move, connect, and create. Through Yoga, Ecstatic Dance, and Soundbath, we’ll share in a collective experience that blends embodiment with artistic expression. During the dance portion, you'll be invited to contribute to a collaborative piece of art—and each guest will take home a piece of it as a reminder of the creativity and connection we cultivated.
