The event will begin with a guided meditation and journal prompt to begin the process of self inquiry around your intentions. You will then journey through soothing yet provocative sounds to drop into deeper states of consciousness and spark connections to your intuition and innate wisdom. At the end, time will be taken to continue your reflective writing with insights from the sound bath, followed by a ritual to seal your intentions and commit to their realization.

McLean creates large-scale fine art and custom commissions in a variety of mediums. This vibrant eclectic space also hosts a reptile/amphibian rescue which you may observe before or after the sound bath.
